About

IMG_5662 (1).jpeg

Hi! I’m Sheenagh Samuel, a student based in Richmond, Texas, passionate about the intersection of music and mental health. As a UIL State-ranked harpist, I’ve seen how powerful music can be—not just as an art form, but as a tool for healing. Through over 100 hours of shadowing in psychiatric hospitals, I’ve gained insight into the complexities of mental health care, while my performances in nursing homes have shown me how music can spark memory, ease loneliness, and create meaningful emotional connections.

I’m especially interested in what I call “preventative harmony”—using music as a proactive approach to support emotional well-being and help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation.

My goal is to combine my passion for music with a future in psychiatry to create more compassionate, creative approaches to mental health care. Join me as I explore ways to bring science and art together—because sometimes, healing begins with a single note.

Our Mission

Our goal is to offer a holistic pathway for teens and seniors to navigate and regulate their emotions. We strive to destigmatize mental health support by leveraging music as a familiar, accessible medium, preventing crises before they arise and fostering intergenerational connections through shared rhythmic experiences.
